his flight features two distinct expressions from Glenglassaugh: Evolution and Revival. Revival is matured in a balanced mix of ex-red wine and fresh bourbon casks, then vatted and re-racked for a second maturation in rich sherry casks, resulting in a layered and complex profile. Evolution, on the other hand, is crafted using a unique combination of the finest hand-picked ex-Tennessee first-fill whiskey barrels, offering remarkable depth, finesse, and a harmonious blend of whisky and oak. This is a great opportunity to explore the nuanced character of Glenglassaugh through two thoughtfully matured and contrasting scotches.
