Every Wednesday we feature a local winery for tastings…$10 buys you 3 tastings! Retail bottles will be available; the tasting fee will be applied toward your purchase, or enjoy a bottle with dinner and we’ll waive the corkage fee.

Crafted with minimal intervention, our wines are made without chemical additives, unfined and unfiltered, and inspired by French traditions. Even as we explore techniques from fermentation on oyster shells to custom yeast blends, our guiding belief remains: perfect doesn’t mean having everything—it means lacking nothing.
