flight of 3 expressions featuring Boxegrail Rye, a bold 95% Rye Whiskey with a bright caramel amber color and thick legs that linger due to aging in Kentucky Rye Char #3, wood-fired, Kelvin Cooperage barrels. Cavehill Bourbon, bottled at 47.5% ABV, consists of a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% honey malted barley, and 10% malted barley, thus promising spice and honey with a fresh apple breeze. Heigold a 95 proof Rye whiskey that is strong and bold. Lastly, Dareringer Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a wheat mash bill, is matured in #3, wood-fired, alligator char. It is then transferred to 500 liter casks that have been used to perfect sweet, dark Pedro Ximénez sherry.
