Pairing: Spring Lamb Lollipops
This rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedré. Guardian Cellars picked all three varietals at separate times and then whole cluster pressed the grapes to create a beautiful light salmon color. They were then fermented in 100% stainless steel at 58-68 degrees. This pretty pink wine is full of notes of Rainier cherry, white nectarine, honeydew melon and watermelon. This Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre blend sourced from D&D Vineyards, near Lake Chelan, is delicate, delicious and oh so drinkable now.A little spritz keeps this wine refreshing and bright from start to finish.
