This Rosé is a rich and complex rosé that was briefly fermented on the skins for 1-2 hours before being pressed. It was aged 6 months on the lees in stainless-steel, and has light acid, but a weighty mouthfeel. The aromas and flavors present of cherry, raspberry, stone and currants. The rounded palate is balanced with food-friendly acid.
