Gilles Nicault has created a beautiful testament to its origins in the 2022 Pirouette, a Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend with 30% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, and 2% Cabernet Franc. Barrel fermentation provides a backbone of supple tannin and age-worthy structure, with lovely cassis, oak spice, and tobacco vying for attention. Full-bodied, it’s built to age another 20+ years.
