Sonder | Roussanne

Picked early and whole bunch pressed straight to barrel. Barrel fermented and lees stirred. Four week long fermentation with native yeast – no malolactic fermentation.

Fresh pineapple, peach and spices on the nose. Stone fruit flavors driven by citrus acidity. Lengthy and textural palate with a lemon zest finish.
